1.-Civic Power & Accountability
I work with civic actors who are present in governance processes but lack the influence needed to shape outcomes. Through relevant experience with reputable international organizations, I am positioned to support actors to move toward credible, organized participation in accountability systems through evidence, policy engagement and strategic pressure.

Outcomes:
Enabled citizen monitoring and formal CSO engagement across governance processes (150–200 election monitors deployed; 20+ standardized reports submitted; 10–15 formal submissions to parliamentary committees or councils; 30–40% of documented issues receiving official follow‑up).
2.-Policy & Advocacy
I support organizations and people’s collectives whose issues are valid but insufficiently translated into policy influence. I help them move from fragmented demands to coherent, evidence-based policy positions that engage decision makers and build public legitimacy.

3.-Organizational Growth for Youth and Women's Rights Actors
I work with youth-led and women’s rights organizations delivering impact but constrained by weak systems and limited donor confidence. I work with them to move toward structured, accountable, and sustainable institutions capable of managing growth and funding responsibly.
Outcomes:
Translated community and youth priorities into evidence‑based policy influence (1,000+ citizen inputs consolidated; 20–30 policy briefs or submissions produced; engagement with 5–8 ministries or committees; policy references in budget hearings, CDF guidelines, or sector reviews).
Outcomes:
Strengthened donor‑compliant systems enabling sustainable grant management (7–10 organizations supported; 90% adoption of MEL, safeguarding, and financial controls; USD 100k+ in grants managed post‑support; improved audit or donor assessment outcomes).

4.-Community Systems & Rooted Development
I support local government departments and elected leaders facing fragmented planning and under‑utilized data despite strong service mandates. I help them move toward inclusive, evidence‑driven development that improves planning quality and community‑centred service delivery.
Outcomes:
Improved district planning and service delivery through community‑driven data use (6–8 district plans informed by ward consultations; 30+ planners trained; education and WASH investments benefiting 15,000–20,000 community members).
